The Youth Ambassador Program

Our Youth Ambassador Program brings together young, like-minded individuals from all over the world to uphold the importance of literacy, education, equality and justice in their communities.

They are the trail blazers, the game changers, the ones to bring lasting change around the world.

The Youth Ambassadors

Our Youth Ambassador Program brings together over 200 young individuals from thirty countries around the world. They come from a diverse range of backgrounds and cultures, with one common goal; to eradicate illiteracy and provide quality education for all children. The Youth Ambassadors work together to uphold the importance of literacy and education in their schools and communities.

Their Role

Our Youth Ambassadors are mentored and supported by WLF to be global and engaged citizens. They connect and promote global issues in their local communities, to encourage others to take action in the fight against inequality and illiteracy. They strive to promote the importance of education in both their communities and to the publics through mainstream media, social media and events.

Their Impact

Throughout the program, Youth Ambassadors will be fundraising money to provide education for children in Uganda. Each Youth Ambassador has the goal to fundraise enough money to provide 160 children with a quality education. Together, they’ll be transforming the lives of thousands of children to give them the equal opportunities to improve the livelihoods for themselves, their families and their communities for generations to come.
